THERAPEUTIC AND RESTORATIVE YOGA


This class is an active rest. We use props to provide a stimulating and relaxing ambient to allow your body and mind achieve balance and stay on it. Restorative postures helps us on stressful moments, weakness or fatigue and they has a mental, physical and emotional healing effect on regular practicioners.


Restorative Yoga helps to stabilize internal organs through simple asanas and simple movements to restore body's harmony. It also helps to raise energy levels and to sleep better. When focused on your back, Restorative Yoga helps to move it safe in order to get better of injuries and pain caused by stress or bad daily postures.

HATHA YOGA


Hatha Yoga is a soft form of Yoga, the rhythm of this practice take you from one asana to another without a hard change. It is ideal for beginners and it is perfect to start or finish a heavy day.


Hatha Yoga has several definitions, some people translate it as "Yoga of the strength", other people define it as "Ha" (sun) - "tha" (moon), or: "integration of opposites in a whole union". The main purpose of this practice is to link mind, body and spirit as a whole an strengthen the will.


Hatha Yoga is considered the basis of many others Yoga styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Bikram and Kundalini. Currently, Hatha Yoga is one of the most popular practices because it reinforces health and vitality, besides being an excellent option to exercise and to stretch the body and to decrease stress.

This is a fluid and dynamic practice where we invite you to use your breathing rhythm to meditate and feeling love and compassion for your body in order to avoid danger or injurie risk but also offering you the opportunity to push your body and mind to the limit, strengthening them and finding your inner strenght - the one that show us we are more than we think we are.
